Subscribe to a New Subscription #
To subscribe to Overcharts, follow these steps:
1) Access the Account Settings window by clicking the Account button in the top right corner of the main Overcharts window, then select My Subscription from the menu. The window will open directly in the Subscription section.
2) In the Subscription section, click SUBSCRIBE NOW.
3) In the New Subscription Plan section, select the Subscription Plan and Duration. The longer the duration, the lower the price. For the best savings, select a 12-month duration. If the chosen plan includes a maximum number of data feeds (e.g., the 2 Data-Feeds plan), select the data feeds you wish to connect to.
4) If you have a Promo Code, enter it by clicking the ADD PROMO CODE button. The discount will be applied to the subscription’s list price.
5) Enter all required Billing Information: First Name, Last Name, Address, State, etc.
6) Read and accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
7) Click CHECK AND CALCULATE. All entered data will be checked for errors. At this stage, the total amount (including taxes) will be calculated and displayed in both Dollars and Euros (note that prices are expressed in dollars, but payment is made in Euros. At the time of payment, the dollar amount will be converted to Euros using the current exchange rate).
8) If there are no errors, click SEND ORDER to send the order, or EDIT to change the entered data before sending the order.
9) After submitting the order, click PAY NOW to proceed with payment. Your browser will open to show Stripe‘s payment page (our payment gateway). Complete the payment by choosing one of the available methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, or others) and entering the relevant details.
The payment process is entirely managed by Stripe. The entered data (card number, etc.) are not accessible to us in any way and are not stored on our servers. These data are handled exclusively by Stripe.
10) If necessary, after completing the payment, click REFRESH to update the window. Information about your new subscription will be displayed at the top of the Subscription section.
Renew or Change Subscription Plan #
To renew an ACTIVE subscription or change your subscription plan, follow these steps:
1) Access the Account Settings window by clicking the Account button in the top right corner of the main Overcharts window, then select My Subscription from the menu. The window will open directly in the Subscription section.
2) Click RENEW OR CHANGE PLAN. All data will be automatically populated based on the current subscription information.
3) If you need to change your plan, proceed with the modification. If the chosen plan includes a maximum number of data feeds (e.g., the 2 Data-Feeds plan), select the data feeds you wish to connect to.
4) If you have a Promo Code, enter it by clicking the ADD PROMO CODE button. The discount will be applied to the subscription’s list price.
5) If you need to change billing information, proceed with the modification.

How to Change Data Feeds #
If your subscription plan includes a maximum number of data feeds (e.g., the ‘2 Data-Feeds‘ plan), you can change the selected data feeds at any time. NOTE: You can change data feeds a LIMITED number of times, depending on the duration of your subscription plan.
To change data feeds, follow these steps:
1) Access the Account Settings window by clicking the Account button in the top right corner of the main Overcharts window, then select My Subscription from the menu. The window will open directly in the Subscription section.
2) Click the Change Data-Feeds button on the right side of the section where the active data feeds are listed.
3) Select the data feed you want to change and the new data feed.
4) Click OK.
Redeem a Prepaid Subscription #
To redeem a prepaid subscription, follow these steps:
1) Access the Account Settings window by clicking the Account button in the top right corner of the main Overcharts window, then select My Subscription from the menu. The window will open directly in the Subscription section.
2) Click REDEEM A PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION.
3) In the window that opens, enter the redemption code provided to you and click OK.
4) Two possible scenarios:
- If you do NOT have an active subscription, proceed to step 5.
- If you have an active subscription and the plan differs from the one being redeemed, choose whether to convert your plan to the one being redeemed or vice versa. The conversion will adjust the plan duration based on the price difference between the two plans.
5) If the subscription plan includes a maximum number of data feeds, select the data feeds you wish to connect to.
6) Enter all required Billing Information.
7) Read and accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
8) Click CHECK AND CALCULATE. All entered data will be checked for errors.
9) Click REDEEM to complete the process.
